About Amar
I am an aspiring investment banker, with a preference towards becoming an M&A/private equity analyst in the near future. I have a strong belief that practice makes perfect, as highlighted by my extensive preparation and stellar results for my A-Levels. Finally, to keep this short and sweet, I firmly assume a positive mindset throughout everything I do, whilst maintaining a critical view to account for all possibilities; an attitude that I strive to instil into each and every one of my students. The typical length of a lesson can vary depending on the subject matter, student's needs, and scheduling constraints. However, I generally aim for sessions lasting between 60 to 90 minutes to allow sufficient time for thorough explanation, practice, and interaction. This way, it will allow the maximum amount of efficient teaching time, without loss of concentration.
In terms of qualifications and experience, I hold 3 A-Levels in Maths, Biology and Economics, supplemented by some time with tutoring experience across diverse student demographics. Additionally, I stay abreast of the latest educational research and pedagogical techniques to continually enhance my teaching skills.
My lessons cater to students of various levels and ages, spanning from elementary school to college-level and beyond. Whether it's academic support, exam preparation, or skill enhancement, I am dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential and achieve their learning objectives.
