I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Music (Composition and Piano) along with Masters degrees in History, Art History and Philosophy. I have over 40 years combined teaching experience on the personal (tutoring) and professional level in higher education. My approach as a tutor is interactive. I use a variety of techniques including but not limited to Q & A, video and visual aids, exercises, and lecture with the aim of developing not just a knowledge of the subject at hand, but an understanding of it. I further temper this with the student’s needs and preferred learning styles to provide a maximum experience and level of success for my students
