About Fareeda

I am a passionate young chef who has experience in 5 star restaurant quality food and I have had the opportunity to head up my own team. I have had a few demos where I showed people how to best maximise your ingredients and how to prepare good food under pressure.

About the lesson

I start every lesson by introducing you to the kitchen. Explain the equipment that we will be using and how to use it. If it is your first lesson I will go over the different types of cuts using knife skills. I then proceed to show how to analyze and understand a standard recipe and the units of measurement used.
