About Sumaira
I am a multilingual writer, poet, translator and teacher based in Dubai with over two decades of writing experience across fiction, creative nonfiction, children's literature and poetry. I'm currently working on my first screenplay. My work has been published in The Hooghly Review, Akewi Magazine, Rekhta and Sufinama under the name Sumaira Khalid. I have performed my poetry at Spoken Word events in Dubai.

Online lessons are available, with in-person sessions offered in Dubai at a slightly higher rate.
