About Mary
I've been a Visual Facilitator, helping teams create solutions and future vision roadmaps for 20 years. in 2012 I became certified as a life coach and began helping individuals become leaders in their own life/work journey. I specialize in helping my clients get clear on their true and passionate goals, create doable roadmaps and action plans, and move through whatever emotionally challenging obstacles are discovered in the process.
As a mom of a high school student preparing for college, I appreciate the social and academic stress students experience, and I am passionate about helping them create and move through their own roadmap for personal success and development.
I have been certified as a Professional Coach through Flow Coaching Institute's Executive Coach Advanced Level Training, and I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation, ACC.
I am in continuous study in the areas of Positive Psychology and Positive Intelligence.
I am excited to engage in the SuperProf community to offer specialized support for students for a special student rate, currently only found on SuperProf!

My process, based in positive psychology, positive Intelligence, and creative design thinking, includes discovering my student’s current challenges, core values, and desired outcomes for working with me. Together we will create a powerful, visual roadmap with action steps toward their goals!
The fun begins as we work through the "actionable roadmap". That's when we're likely to discover what may be blocking the way to "getting there".
We will work through emotional, logistical, or organizational “roadblocks” that are getting in the way, so they can celebrate the their success on the other side of the challenges!
Our sessions are 50 minutes, and conducted over Zoom. My sessions are appropriate for students in high school, undergraduate, graduate, and beyond!
Clients have told me our sessions are powerful and FUN! Sometimes the quickest way to solve a problem is to have fun with it. :)
