About Ajulicek
I am a recently graduated teacher with specialism in Mathematics and ICT. I come from the Czech republic where I also did my teacher training but thanks to an ERASMUS+ program I had 3 placements in Liverpool secondary school. First I was a Teacher Assistant in Maths and ICT lessons, later I did Maths interventions with small groups and taught ICT and Computer science with a wide range of classes. I then realized that English education system is more suitable for me and decided to move permanently to England.
Before I moved to Liverpool I was a English Tutor for a Language school in Ostrava, Czech republic for almost 4 years. I worked both with adults and children and I really loved tutoring.
As my biggest strangth I see my creativity - I always try to find as many ways as possible to explain things, make learning easier and fun and compare situations from subjects to real life.

In the ALL English language school we mainly used a Direct Method. I was also one of the team methodologists there so I constantly tried to bring new ideas on how to deliver different topics.
In Maths and IT I always try to base on real life situations as much as possible, start with examples then explain the theory on that and think of tasks that are interesting and help to understand the topic.
