About Obii
My name is Obiageli Okafor, I am Community Engagement Officer at an organization and part of my job is continuous teaching of members of communities in the most remote areas . Teaching comes almost natural to me an because I studied English language and literary studies, I have decided to pass my vast knowledge to the students I will encounter on this platform. The first obstacle to face in a student’s education is their personal learning style. I curate lessons that are tailored to each pupil’s strengths. As a result, they are able to learn more quickly and retain information more effectively.
Another obstacle in a student’s education is their grasp of foundational concepts. Even the best students may be hindered by gaps in their knowledge, “missing bricks” in their academic foundation. My assessment of the students’s skills identifies these areas and helps their tutor begin filling in the gaps.
