About Deja
I have taught at the college level and hold a Master's in Creative Writing and English, along with a Bachelor's in English. My teaching approach is student-focused, meeting each writer where they are.
I have also developed and led workshops for high school students. I see writing as a way to develop voice and confidence, and I support students in building clear, thoughtful, and effective writing.

I help with brainstorming, structuring, drafting, and revising while building students' confidence in writing. I also offer proofreading with feedback to strengthen clarity and organization.
