My teaching method is to make the child confident and understand the topic from basic. If the base is strong then the understanding becomes sound. Many children understand the topics but can not put it in words on the paper. Exam techniques are very important for example key words, time pressure etc. Also revision skills are very essential, organised notes with clear description are very helpful which I make the child get into habit of making.
