In our basic math classes, students will:
Explore Numbers: We start by introducing the concept of numbers and counting. From learning to count forwards and backwards to identifying and writing numbers, students will develop a strong grasp of numerical concepts.
Master Basic Operations: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division form the cornerstone of mathematical operations. Through hands-on activities, games, and real-life examples, students will master these fundamental skills.
Discover Shapes and Patterns: Shapes are all around us! Students will learn to identify and classify basic shapes, understand their properties, and explore geometric patterns and relationships.
Measure and Compare: From measuring lengths and weights to comparing quantities, students will develop practical skills in measurement and comparison using non-standard and standard units.
Problem-Solving Skills: Through problem-solving exercises and critical thinking challenges, students will sharpen their analytical skills and learn to apply mathematical concepts to real-world situations.
