About Paolo

**Where Languages, Business, and Intercultural Strategy Meet**

I am a multilingual educator and international business professional with a strong academic background and over fifteen years of executive experience working across **Europe and Asia**.

I hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Japanese and Chinese**, and my professional career has been shaped by long-term involvement in **commercial consulting and internationalization projects** for companies and investors operating between Western and Asian markets. This direct exposure to real business environments allows me to bring **practical relevance and strategic clarity** into every lesson I teach.

For more than **ten years**, I have been working as a **university lecturer in International Business Strategy**, teaching in English within international Master’s programs at two Italian universities. My academic experience has strengthened my ability to explain **economics, strategy, and internationalization processes** in a clear, structured, and accessible way to students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Alongside academia, I currently teach at a **Business Academy for entrepreneurs and professionals in Milan**, the New Institute of International Business. This environment has further reinforced my strong **executive-oriented approach**, focused on learning outcomes that are **immediately applicable to real work objectives**.

My passion for teaching has also led me to develop extensive experience as a language instructor and lector in **private academies in Italy, Malta, and Japan**. Working in such diverse contexts has sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, solve learning challenges effectively, and design highly focused learning paths.

Over the years, I have developed a **distinctive teaching method** based on:

* targeted reading
* guided conversation
* goal-oriented composition

This approach allows students to achieve **measurable results in a short time**, always aligned with their professional or personal objectives.

My deep interest in **intercultural communication** has naturally enriched my teaching journey and supported my growth as an educator across **four languages**. I see every learning experience as a process of **shared growth, mutual enrichment, and collaborative problem-solving**.

While I maintain a fulfilling professional career in international commercial consulting, teaching remains a **true passion and a source of personal enrichment**. This passion is reflected in the quality of the relationship I build with my students—and in the concrete goals they successfully achieve.
