About Undine
Hello there!
I’m a professional chef with over 15 years of experience. My background spans fine dining & busy restaurant kitchens to recipe creation & instructions for major food platforms.
I’ve cooked professionally in Australia & Europe, developed recipes and appeared on camera for Kitchen Stories, one of Germany’s biggest cooking platforms. As a recipe editor for Marley Spoon, I worked on more than 2,000 recipes – so I know a thing or two about making recipes actually work and giving home cooks the key to success!
My passion is European food, especially German, Italian and Spanish cuisine – respecting tradition, mastering the techniques, then having some fun with the rules.
And when I’m not cooking? I travel the world, always hunting for my next culinary experience, discovering new flavors and widening my culinary horizons.
I love sharing my passion for food and helping home cooks make their kitchen dreams come true!
