About Narelle

Hi! I'm a university student who went on an exchange trip to Argentina 3 years ago, I've been learning Spanish since.

I coach highschool public speakers and teach classrooms about STEM through workshops. I'm excited to add Spanish to the things I teach.

I myself have gone over the basics taught my numerous sources in the hopes of gathering a variety of methods I can use on different students.

About the lesson

I prefer teaching by explanations rather than memorisation or immersion. This means I leave it up to the students to memorise vocabulary outside of our sessions and predominantly use words very similar to English until I know students will be comfortable with more Spanish words.

I think vocab is the part of Spanish least suited to being tutored, and I do not have the ability to immerse my students in just Spanish while still getting across the explanations they need.
