Hi there! I’m a 57-year-old grandmother who recently decided to make a big career change from being a part-time school crossing guard to working in a doctor’s office as an office admin. For the first lesson, Frances walked me through the basics of computers. I appreciated how thorough she was without talking down to me. For my final lesson, she focused on practical applications and troubleshooting. Frances showed me how to use basic software programs, organize my files, and handle common tech issues. Her practical tips and step-by-step approach made a world of difference. I now feel prepared to tackle minor tech problems on my own, which is a big boost for my new job.
Frances managed to take something I was nervous and insecure about and actually make it FUN! She was friendly, patient, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. Each lesson built on the previous one, and I left feeling more confident and prepared for my new job.
