About Shannon
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from Concordia University, St. Paul and a Master of Science degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I have over ten years of experience combining my skills in academic research, library science, writing instruction, and medical writing. I currently work as a university writing instructor and a Minnesota-based technical medical writer part-time.
