About Varun
I possess multiple degrees in computer science, economics, and business administration all from reputable universities. I have been in both the professional and education worlds for the past 20 years. Working alongside great mentors, professors, and colleagues, I have honed my teaching style for multiple audiences.
I have a strong passion for coaching and mentoring others which I only discovered by going back to school multiple times over my career. My biggest strength is my patient approach to connecting and relating with my students to make our dialogue and exchange of knowledge easy and fun. I connect best with others through sharing my joys of traveling the world, eating great food, watching movies, and playing a variety of sports and games.

I breakdown problems using simple analogies and real-world scenarios to teach and convey the lessons and concepts in each subject area.
A typical lesson plan first starts with understanding the student's foundation and learning style. This helps me cater my approach to the needs of each student differently. Next I break down a subject area from introductory to advanced topics, laying out the flow that makes the most sense for each subject. Finally, I create and assign simple takeaway problems and summary sheets to carry your learning away easily.
I can cater my teaching to most levels, ages, and requirements.
