I believe tutor role is not only about teaching and learning process but also to be friendly with the students so that they can share their feedbacks and querries without any hesitation or inferiority.
Learning is not a hillarious task to do if its done in it's proper way ie; it's also the resposibility of tutor to build subject interest in students which can help them to do well in academics.

My teaching method will be purely using white board and power point presentations which i believe is an effective tool ie;visionary learning is more powerful than hearing.
Also,will be following a proper schedule and lesson plans with weekly tests and viva.
I believe that my knowledge in chemistry is pretty much sufficient for teaching students from standard eighth to degree.
