About Norman
First and foremost, professionalism is essential in the teaching profession. This means conducting oneself with integrity, respect, and adherence to high ethical standards. By demonstrating professionalism in the way I present myself, communicate with students, and handle various situations in the classroom or online setting, I am showing a positive example for my students to follow. This can help reassure them that they are in good hands and that they are receiving a quality education from a competent and capable teacher.
Additionally, inspiring confidence in my students is key to their success. When they are confident in their learning process with the guidance of the teacher, they (students) will engage and participate. As a teacher, it is important to encourage students to believe in themselves, to challenge themselves, and to strive for excellence. By instilling confidence in your students, you are empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals.
