I am a determined individual and love feeling helpful and supportive as I know this would be a perfect fit for me. I have done sports and fitness for over 10 years as I have always had a passion for running and sports. I am also very uplifting and try and push people to learn and gain more.

I have high motivation to learn more skills every day when it comes to sport and personal training. I have years of experience as I played football for 10 years and have always loved the gym and fitness in general.
