About Juan
In June, 2018, I completed my Ph.D. in Hispanic Literature at the University of Montreal, where I have taught Spanish, my native language, as well as many other courses. This educational background has not only given me the competence and experience you seek but has also made me an ideal candidate to teach Spanish (my native language).

I think that learning is a dynamic process wich depends of the interaction between the teacher
and the different types of students groups. Each student is unique and learn in different ways.
Consequently, these differences are transferred to each group. My experience as a teacher
allows me to affirm that if the students are motivated and estimulated by the teacher, in an
evironment of mutual respect and also pleased and distended. Tension and nervousness
should be avoided because, in my opinion, attempt considerably the learning process.
Motivation should include the encouragement of critical thinking and creativity, aspects that
are essential in the student learning. With my methodology the students learn fast an easily (conversation, grammar, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation, etc.)
