About Aoife

i’ve swam since i was a baby and my mom taught me how to swim. i’ve been teaching for the past two years and i’ve taught 2+ year olds. i've taught beginners and coached competitive swimmers, and i always personalize each lesson to fit the swimmer's needs.

About the lesson

i’m passionate about teaching and coaching, and love both. i’ve won national medals and represented ireland, which has given me in-depth knowledge of what it takes to be a national level swimmer! whether it’s technical training or a complete beginner i’m passionate about both!
