About Tanisha
A few years ago, I was on my own fitness journey — I lost 38 kg, but more importantly, I found my true passion along the way: strength training and powerlifting. What started as a personal goal soon became a calling. I pursued powerlifting seriously and today, I’m proud to be a state-level gold medalist, preparing to compete at the national level next month. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, to face doubts, and to slowly but surely build yourself stronger — physically and mentally. Now, I’m here to help others discover their own strength, lift with confidence, and realize that they are capable of so much more than they think.

I offer personalized 1:1 online training sessions designed for women who want hands-on coaching and guidance. In each session, we focus on building strength, improving form, and staying consistent with your fitness goals.
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to level up your lifting, every session is tailored to your current strength, abilities, and aspirations. My goal is to create a safe, motivating, and empowering space—online or in person—where you can challenge yourself, grow stronger, and feel confident every day.
