About Maya
I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years. I’ve coached anywhere from ages 2-14, boys and girls, beginner-advanced and lots of competitive team. With covid I haven’t been able to get back in the gym or share my gym knowledge with the world:( I have lots of experience with all types of conditioning, workouts, stretches, and teaching any skill level! Whether you want to learn how to do the splits or need some way for you or you child to release some energy hit me up! Gymnastics is a great sport to teach motor and fine motor skills, discipline and determination!

My coaching method is working with how each individual learns best. I have no one specific way I coach it all depends on how I see the child learns best. I love interacting and getting to know the kids and find a perfect balance between coach and friend!
