About Sandi

I started my career as a computer programmer after I completed my graduation in Computer Science. To me, programming is not only using the computational power of a device to obtain a desired outcome, but also a way to showcase one’s creativity. It gives me immense content and happiness, when I am able to produce a programming outcome - starting from a simple “hello world” expression to a complex mathematical calculation to a complicated computer game.

Computer programming is mandatory in all spaces - education, industry, media, stock market, research, aeronautics, oceanography and all. With the arrival of AI/ML, our world even started predicting things with razor sharp accuracy and precision. Hence, learning the basics of the computer programming is laying the cornerstone of that foundation which will help excel students in all spheres of life. Being the tiny part of that journey will be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for me.

About the lesson

I am super passionate about computer programming and software development. The first and foremost thing I do is assessing the concepts and skill levels of my student(s) and identifying the pain points and areas of improvement. Based on that, I lay out my tailored teaching strategies and plan based on individual needs.

My primary focus would be on clarifying the basic concepts of programming techniques like the control navigation, programming syntax/semantics, functions, conditional statements, loops, object oriented programming concepts, exception handling mechanisms and debugging techniques on various programming languages like SQL, Java and Python.

Apart from the theories, I emphasize on hands on practical experience in coding on different languages and possible interconnection between them. Also I love to touch upon briefly on a few well-known computer algorithms and their implementation.

Last but not the least, I can help data enthusiasts to learn E2E machine learning topics like data preparation, data visualization, feature extraction, model selection, model training and accuracy measurement using Python libraries.
