About Giulia

I'm a certified and experienced Italian language teacher living in London. I have a TIAFL certificate (Teaching Italian as a Foreign language), obtained at the Italian cultural institute of London. I have two years of experience in teaching Italian both one-to-one and to classes of all ages and levels.

I've also attended an online course with Cambridge Assessment English for Online teaching.
I graduated in Educational Sciences in Italy in 2012 and I've attended an MA in Human rights & Culture at Goldsmiths University of London.

I have been teaching Italian and English to refugees as a volunteer in the past and since then, teaching languages has become my main passion and vocation!

About the lesson

Ciao a tutti! If you are a beginner and want to learn Italian to travel, to better connect with Italian friends and family or for your career, you're in the right place! Here, you can start speaking on day one. Practicing Italian with an Italian native speaker will give you the opportunity to boost your self-confidence.
Italian language is globally considered a must-learn for art, opera and food lovers! If you enjoy traveling to Italy, then Italian language is an authentic discovery of Italy’s hidden gems and get the most out of your trip to Italy.

Together, we'll discuss which aspects of the language are holding you back and we'll develop a plan for you to improve and we'll dedicate time to comfortably practice those skills.

My lessons are very engaging and fun: I combine materials such as videos, songs, clips from movies, newspaper’s articles, books and podcasts.

Her lessons are super-practical as she is an expert on making you feel confident and willing to learn more and more! You cannot realise when you have a look at your watch and an hour has passed so fast, as you don´t feel you are struggling with the studies. Cancellation policy: I would kindly need at least 12 hours to reschedule or cancel lessons. If a student fails to notify me within 12 hours, I will charge 50% of the total.
