About Lyndsey
I am an enthusiastic and friendly tutor with experience in both mentoring and teaching students in Biology.
I became a tutor as I can greatly empathise with the frustrations and pressures of Science education! With a personal experience learning Biology, from GCSE to Master's level, I have also gained the knowledge and expertise required to apply teaching to all levels of student capability.
From my experience tutoring Biology to students of all capabilities, I have gained skills that enable me to teach students effectively whilst also keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
I am flexible with timings and can work around the student's preference of learning style.

I am a self-motivated, conscientious and personable individual with an ambition to pursue and commit to helping as many students achieve their goals as possible as a Private tutor. I have 3 years’ experience as a Private tutor and have helped over 15 student’s achieve the grades they wanted.
I like to be organised in my approach to tutoring and therefore take the time to plan timetables with each student to ensure all topics are covered in a timely manner ready for their exams. With a strong background of science education, I feel I have the right knowledge base and skillset to help students achieve and exceed the grades they want.
