About Shauna

I am a graduate of Johnson College with an Associate's in Computer Information tech, but a jack of all trades. I have been teaching Commedia Dell'arte for 6 years, and participating for 10. I spend my summer vacation teaching a week long class for ages 13-17 in this very subject. Over the years I've taken on nearly 100 students and I'm always excited to meet more!

I give these classes at a basic understanding level, or higher depending on the student(s) knowledge of Commedia dell'arte. I begin with an explanation of the art and conclude with some improv games and character trials to help my students figure out who they're most comfortable playing!
