Hi, I am Teacher Elsie.
I am a very friendly person. I enjoy engaging with students on all different levels. Passionate and motivated to help students and unlock their full potential, I have learned through my experiences I am extremely blessed with patience.

During your training session, we will start slow . build up your activity level gradually to prevent injuries, gradually challenge your body. The main aim to make exercise on a daily baisis and make it a habit. We will do a variation of exercises to build your mussles and tone your body.
