About Meghan

Each lesson will be catered to you as an individual, and you’re sure to leave with more knowledge of the language than you came with. I’ve been a figure of academic dependence for many throughout the years. I aim to maintain a professional and educational learning environment and look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

Lessons include solidifying categories of words and a strong emphasis on understanding before moving on. These lessons are for beginner and intermediate learners. You can know absolutely nothing, or have a pretty good idea of the language and just wanting to expand. Hand shape and facial expressions, the alphabet, basic words and phrases, basic rules of ASL, conversational signs, and much more! I’m fun to learn with and make it smooth to grow in the language. My soon to be minor helps facilitate lessons.

Perfect! She goes over many American Sign Language signs and has me go over them by myself which really helps me memorize the material.

Meghan is an excellent tutor who is patient and respectful. She goes over many different signs with me during our lessons and lets me do them on my own so I can practice and memorize them; I find this very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is a beginner learning ASL or to those who want to brush up on their previous learning!
