About Joccelyn
I am a Middlebury College Graduate that majored in Psychology and Minored in Architecture and Italian. I have a love for languages and I have studied Spanish, French, Greek and Italian. However, I am Costa Rican and Spanish is my Native Language. In the past, I have been an english tutor to Spanish and Italian speaking students in the past, but I am comfortable tutoring at any level of Spanish.

I can tutor any Spanish Level and in the past I have organized fun events and discussions that can foster language learning. I think it is most helpful to have conversations about things that are interesting and relevant to the learner in order to get comfortable speaking and be fully engaged. That being said, it is important to get to know every individual's interests. I also edit writing and can provide vocabulary that is relevant to the topic in order to build a strong foundation and create confidence

Perfect! I've had Joccelyn for 2 months for my 3 teenager H.S. kids and she is absolutely great teacher- very professional, organized lessons plans, and always very punctuate. I 100% highly recommend her.
