About Kailani
I am an incoming freshman at UCLA. I've studied piano and music theory for about 10 years through private lessons and school courses. I also have 3 years of tutoring experience with kids ranging from 4th grade to high school level, and I've been providing small lessons on the side for about a year now. I mainly focus in recreational music lessons.

I teach piano and keyboard skills that revolve around how much the student knows and what their interests are! I focus on the types of music that students want to learn how to play while also giving them a well-rounded music education. I teach basic technique, music reading, scales, chords, as well as music theory to go along with what they learn. My goal is for them to not only learn how to play what they're passionate about, but really understand what they're playing.
