About Tia
I have tutored in the past, though not necessarily in geography-sometimes to students my own age and sometimes to students younger than myself.
Though I do not have professional experience since I am a student, I have often been told that I would do quite well at tutoring as I am good at condensing notes to make the job easier for myself! I have found that I am very good at helping people recall facts and figures in the heat of exam stress, and can lay out well structured answers that would guarantee high marks in an exam.
Subjects in Geography that I can tutor efficiently are: Restless Earth, Coasts, Rivers, Geology, Populations, Urban environments and Tourism.

I'm a college student who took Geography at GCSE and came out with full marks on both papers; and I would love to help any student who is finding parts of Geography difficult to understand and would like well structured explanations that can be used to pass an exam paper!
My techniques include making sure you fully understand aspects of the course, and can condense your notes to the most basic form to help you remember them for the exam, so you have less stress trying to remember huge chunks of text and an easier time recalling brief notes which will ensure exam success.
I will be available Monday to Thursday from 7pm till 8pm.
