About Scarlett
As having had a tutor myself for GCSEs, I found it extremely supportive to have someone you can ask the stupid questions to without fear of being judged in lessons. It also felt as if I was one step ahead during lessons, which boosted my confidence for the upcoming tests. With high GCSEs, I know the importance of balancing time, what the exam boards are looking for and the skills needed to apply the knowledge, which will get you high marks and cut down on the waffle which isn't needed! I am a supportive student who is in the same boat, so I can empathise with having a tutor who has just finished their GCSEs, as it is easier to talk to someone of a similar age.

Techniques include going through the content and learning exam skills, how to break down questions, categorising course content for memorising and teaching fun anecdotes to help remember key information. Lessons would be 1hr - 1.5 hrs. High level of GCSEs and strong predicted grades. Lessons are aimed at GCSE students and lower sixth college students for understanding content or revision for exams.
