About the lesson

I get excited when it comes to problem solving and finding different ways to come to the same solution. I'm fascinated by how different people approach solving problems and I like to help you develop your own problem solving method while sharing what has worked for me based on my years of experience. I teach a combination of hands on demonstrations along with teaching by doing practical examples rather than lecturing about theories.

Perfect! He is a civil engineer, so anything with vectors, torque, equilibrium and momentum are right up his alley. He can of course do all other aspects of physics, it’s just that it may take him a little time to remember. He has a very flexible schedule, so meeting won’t be a problem on his end.

He is very understanding and will build a foundation for problem solving methods that can be applied to many other courses.

One lesson typically consists of 2-hours of my time: You receive a 1-hour live video call, and I spend 1/2 hour of prep time and 1/2 hour of compiling my notes and sending you a scan/pdf of any work/calculations we do during the lesson. The hourly rate INCLUDES the 1-hour of my prep time.
