About Erika
My name is Erika Fedele. I am originally from Adelaide but moved to Melbourne around four years ago to study Music at Collarts University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Music and Business. Whilst at Collarts, I was awarded the Nando’s Fellowship for Australian Music, which took me to London, where I was lucky enough to work as an in-house vocalist/songwriter alongside some of the most exciting names in British Music.
I have also completed my Professional Certificate of Education Support with Monash University. I now have the skills to provide specialised student and teacher support, a better understating of school policies and procedures and how to collect and record information to meet organisational and legislative standards. I have also gained skills on how to integrate advanced learning technology into an educational environment.

Pursuing singing lessons is a great way to build confidence and self-esteem in kids and adults.
I start off by learning what my student already knows on the topic, then make a lesson plan focusing on their needs, based around a vague template used for all students. All lessons also involve guitar, piano or an instrumental track to back up the theory.
The type of lessons ranges from teaching song writing techniques to support students to write and develop their own music, to instrument-focused technical skills. I am focused on fostering a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages students to develop a growth mindset in relation to their learning journey.
I am also proficient in DAW Software so once the student is ready we can progress to Electronic Music Production.
