About Jacob
Teaching stems from the reality that technical gaps often block high-level career progress. A cold terminal prompt staring back at you is the standard starting point for these sessions. 11 years of experience in quant research and ML informs how I break down difficult concepts for working professionals and advanced learners.
My 10 years in the field and background from Princeton with an MS in CS mean I understand exactly what firms like Jane Street look for. I have guided countless students toward their first quant internship by focusing on deep conceptual clarity. My personal history includes 11 years of rigorous application and constant iteration on my own coding skills. I work with students who need practical results rather than just theory.
