About Ryan
I have been a fitness trainer for over 12 years. Starting off my career atFocus Personal training institute and now working for myself. I am credited by ACE, NASM, and now ISSA, I update my credentials every 2 years and try to get in as many classes to learn and adapt to the ever growing and changing fitness field. I love what I do and really focus hard on mind and body connection, teaching my clients about the muscles of the body and how it is supposed to move and ways to improve posture, range of motion, flexibility and strength.

I like to connect mind and body, find the things that the body needs in order to improve and promote a healthy balance with fitness, life, work etc. it’s incredible to see transformations of people and how they promote their health and wellbeing to be a part of their busy schedules. I travel with you and as we work together more I can understand what your body needs. I have clients all over the U.S. and varyin fitness levels from beginners to the advanced. I like to listen to what the client is seeking in fitness and how to make them feel comfortable with the movements, with their bodies and the overall enjoyment of fitness as a whole! :)

$100 is for in person
$30 is for online sessions
What I can do in person I simply cannot fully do in a remote setting, I try my best with helping you setup the right angles on the camera. In person we will meet at the same spot (gym, home, etc ) and Virtual I can travel anywhere you go! : )
