About Catriona
I have been working with children for 20 years, and through all my experience in this as well as being a mum myself I have become very passionate about this area of child development.
I studied child psychology before later taking the route as an accredited Mindset coach, I have been teaching Mindset, self love and positive thinking along with meditation and yoga for a few years now and I'm very passionate about spreading it around the world

We will cover a range of strategies to work on the areas the child needs most.
After lockdown so many children have been struggling more with anxiety and lack of confidence.
As adults most of us missed out on learning positive thinking and self love. Because of this we have so many limiting beliefs, we suffer with depression and anxiety, we struggle with daily stresses and don't know how to deal with it.
These courses are to teach your children how to do exactly that.
