I'm an Engineer,coach, fitness enthusiast. Based on Alappuzha . Was studying at Coimbatore. Did PT and GT freelance. Have experience in trait myself and many clients for the last 5 years . Have given one on one and genaral training. Online coaching also done.

I preach to trust the process. Heath and well being is hardwork , consistency in and out.. Bodybuilding for me is stimulation not annihilation. So weights don't impress me but an impeccable form always add respect for an individual in my eyes.
