About Tony

My life experiences are many: a collegiate basketball player in NYC; a flight instructor in the USAF; college level teaching of psychology for five years; teaching yoga practices to professional and collegiate athletes; 45 years of study and practice of Eastern methods of consciousness development including directing a residential yoga center for five years.
Today I live in SW Colorado, substitute teach in local schools, coach basketball and golf, and counsel families.

About the lesson

My teaching methods begin with an understanding of the student's needs and abilities. Together we will plan a path to reaching your goals taking into account the scheduling limitations of the student, such as work obligations, family life, etc.
As psychology can be a personal study, I share my life lessons and encourage students to apply what they are learning to their lives as well.
