The classes I try to be very interactive and that it is not only me who speaks, but I encourage the student to speak and to cope with the language. Depending on the level, I teach the entire class in English or I alternate English with Spanish. I focus a lot on grammar and vocabulary, and I also help with good pronunciation of words.
