About Helen
Helen holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Humboldt State University. A lifelong musician, she began performing at the age of five and is now a regular presence in local opera productions throughout Colorado. In addition to performing, Helen is passionate about teaching and strives to inspire the same love of music in her students. She specializes in working with children living with autism, anxiety, and ADHD, and is known for her warm, energetic personality, adaptable teaching methods, and ability to make learning music an enjoyable experience. Outside of music, Helen enjoys reading, playing video games, and gardening.

Why Study with me? I am kind, fun, and have a patient teaching style that will leave you or your child feeling excited to come to lessons. Specialization in classical voice and musical theatre, with a Master's Degree in Classical Voice Performance. Use of Dalcroze methods in my teaching. Experience teaching children living with autism, anxiety, and ADHD. Experience teaching students of all ages, including preschool. Active Opera Performer in the local area, giving me the tools to build your or your child's performance skills.
