About Felicity
Hi there, my name is Felicity. I grew up just outside of London, in Windsor (near the Queen!), but I'm also half-Italian on my dad's side. Growing up with my grammar-nerd English mum and Italian grandparents made me passionate about languages - as well as pasta - and that's something that I carry with me to this day.
Living in Italy, in Naples, Parma and Milan, I have worked as an English teacher for both children and adults, and as a translator for a number of years.
These days I mainly work as a freelance writer, but also offer online tutoring Italian (any level), as well as in ESOL and school English up to GCSE, plus school History up to A-Level.

All lessons will be individually tailored to each student's specific needs, priorities and goals.
We can focus on speaking, writing, reading, listening, grammar, vocabulary, essay writing or any other skills/topics you are interested in.
I recommend 45-minute lessons, as research shows this is the optimum time for concentration levels when learning. Free 30-minute taster/consultations available.
Available for both adults and children of all ages.
Qualifications and Experience
* Translator ITA-ENG
* Lived and worked in Naples, Parma and Milan, Italy over 3 years
* Bilingual English/Italian speaker with paternal Italian heritage (a beautiful town in southern Italy I'd love to tell you about!)
* Joint honours BA in Italian and History, 2:1, from The University of Warwick
* Studied ERASMUS at The University of Naples "L'Orientale" 2012 - 2013
* English Teacher at My English School Parma, Italy, 2016
