About Emma

My name is Emma, I am 27 years old and I am from Venezia! I have been tutoring for more than 9 years, Italian to English speakers and English to Italians. I just love doing it! I am happy to tutor both adults and children! Get in contact! A presto!

About the lesson

It is important to understand why we want to learn a new language! It can be for traveling, for business, etc. This is why, in the first class, I try to build together with the student a program. I try to make the class as fun as possible, I like to talk about Italian culture and traditions as well. I do think that grammar is important but sometimes you can understand the meaning of a sentence just by listening carefully!

I have tried to learn Italian from a number of different teachers but, Emma is the first one who I have continued to see after an extended period of time. She is always willing to spend time and repeat things which I find challenging. She has increased my determination to continue learning Italian and have now booked a trip to Italy to practice my new skills (which she also has assisted to plan and book). I'm looking forward to continuing my Italian journey with her :)

Emma is an excellent teacher! She is able to make you learn things while having fun as well by using creative and innovative technics. She's prepared and speaks very clearly with an accent easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Emma to someone who wants to learn Italian at any level.
