About Antonio
Mi presento...
I am Antonio, I studied Italian modern and ancient Literature, including Latin and Greek extracts, focusing on philology and philosophy fully in Italian. I temporarily left Italy and moved 2 years ago to London to reach more students and pursue more language and sociology studies in London.
What are the factors that help my students achieve progress in few weeks...
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment: Foreign students may feel intimidated or anxious about learning a new language in a foreign country. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment by acknowledging and valuing their cultural background and providing opportunities for students to share their own experiences.
Focus on communication skills: Emphasize the importance of communication skills in language learning. Provide opportunities for students to practice their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Italian through conversations, role-playing, and other interactive activities.
Use a variety of teaching methods and materials: Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and meet their learning needs. For example, use videos, songs, games, and real-life situations to teach Italian in a fun and engaging way.
Provide feedback and support: Provide regular feedback and support to help foreign students improve their Italian language skills. Give constructive feedback on their assignments and provide guidance on how to improve their language skills in a supportive and encouraging way.

The difference you easily can spot during my lessons and other teachers lesson is that I personally design a brand new method of teaching for each student and assess what learning modality suits them most. 95% of my students noticed progress in their language proficiency in less than one month and could confidently hold a conversation in Italian in less than three months.
My students' age ranges between 8 and 34, multiple of my students are studying with me for more than 3 years as thy have now passed multiple exams and are aiming to achieve higher results in their Italian subjects or career qualifications.
The typical length of a lesson is one hour, but we can reduce it to 45 minutes depending on your attention span or split it into two lesson of 30 minutes, in order to fully dedicate your mind and especially your heart to love our peninsula's beautiful language.
I usually base the teaching methods on these approaches or try to use a mix:
Communicative approach: This approach emphasizes the importance of communication and interaction in language learning. You can design activities that encourage students to communicate in Italian, such as role-playing, conversations, and games.
Total Physical Response (TPR): This approach uses physical movement to help students learn and remember new vocabulary and grammar structures. You can give commands in Italian and have students follow them with physical actions.
Task-based learning: This approach focuses on the completion of real-world tasks as a way of learning language. You can design tasks that require students to use Italian to accomplish a specific goal, such as ordering food in a restaurant or asking for directions.
Multi-sensory approach: This approach engages students' senses in the learning process, such as visual aids, audio materials, and kinesthetic activities. You can use videos, songs, and pictures to make learning Italian more engaging and memorable.
Individualized instruction: Every student learns differently, so it's important to tailor your teaching approach to each student's needs and learning style. You can provide individualized instruction by assessing each student's strengths and weaknesses and designing learning activities that are appropriate for their level and interests.
I teach online and in person in London **both of the modalities are proved to be working equally on more than 80 students so far**
