About Jocelyn
I am a Chinese teacher from Guangzhou, China, with a background in Broadcasting and Hosting. I am passionate about language, communication, and cultural exchange, and I enjoy meeting people from different countries.
I decided to become a teacher because I truly enjoy helping others improve their Chinese and gain confidence in speaking. I find it very rewarding to see students progress from hesitant beginners to confident speakers who can express themselves naturally.
Through teaching, I also hope to share Chinese language and culture in a clear and engaging way, while learning from my students’ perspectives and cultures as well.
My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident to speak Chinese.

I have 5 years of experience teaching Chinese. I hold a degree in Broadcasting and Hosting, a Level A-B Mandarin certificate, and a professional hosting qualification.
I teach students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. My lessons are suitable for teenagers and adults who want to improve their Mandarin for daily communication, HSK exams, travel, or work purposes.
