About the lesson

Hi there! I'm Mandy, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my class. 你好！我是Mandy，欢迎你来到我的课堂。

I offer Mandarin and Cantonese lessons online. My regular classes are 30 minutes and 40min long, I can design lessons depending on your requirements and language level.

Here are the two main types of lessons I offer:
1. Adult Conversational Practice(Mandarin & Cantonese): I will customize the learning materials based on your current language level. If you're a beginner, we'll start from the basics and gradually build up to simple conversations. During the class, we'll have engaging discussions on a wide range of topics that interest you, such as culture, food, sports, customs, hobbies, and occupations. In my class, you'll find yourself speaking more confidently than you thought possible. I'll create diverse scenarios to practice your oral skills and correct any grammar and vocabulary mistakes. You'll also learn new vocabulary along the way.

2. Children Online Chinese Private Class : This online Chinese class are designed for kids who want to improve their Chinese language skills in a personalized and interactive way. The lesson is taught in Chinese textbooks integrated with diverse teaching methods, i.e., songs, story books, flash cards. The learning curve in each week will be present as a progressive pace, like learning new, review, practice enforcement and learning new. The lesson is taught in words, pronunciation, phrases, sentences, characters and articles on progressive steps. Perfect! I have been taking Cantonese lessons with Mandy for a few months now and I believe that she is a marvelous tutor. Mandy is very sweet and is able to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. She provides clear and well structured classes with supplemental notes for after class studying.
