About Faith
Hi! I’m Faith, an effectively bilingual English and Chinese speaker with a Diploma in Translation and a professional background in marketing, business development and communications.
I offer Chinese Language tuition for Primary and Secondary school students, with a focus on making Chinese easier to understand, especially for students who are more comfortable speaking English at home.
My lessons can cover comprehension, composition, vocabulary, sentence structure, oral communication and general language confidence. I believe students learn better when they understand the logic and meaning behind the language, rather than relying purely on memorization.
With my bilingual and translation background, I’m able to break down difficult Chinese words, phrases and concepts into clear and simple explanations in English where needed. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes and gradually becoming more comfortable using Chinese.
Lessons are available in Singapore and can also be conducted online.
