About Xue

Three tuition now in during 2013-2015:
One is teaching a 30-year-old man Mandarin every next Thursday.
Another two are teaching children Mandarin on Sunday (One is 8-year-old, and another is 10-year-old)

Previous teaching experience:
Teach a 12-year-old boy mandarin in Leeds;
Teaching English to high school student for 3 months. He got a fairly good English language grade in final College Entrance Examination, and we are still friends now and talks with each other sometimes.
Taking care of 4 year old child and teaching her English for almost 1 month during my summer holiday.

Working Experience:
I worked in a social media agency in Shanghai, and I was charged of writing articles and Weibo (Facebook in China) status.
After I graduate in Leeds University, I worked in Powerlink UK in Leeds as well until 2015. And then, I moved to Canada, living in Vancouver for around 1 year. And now, I am back to China teaching English in my hometown.

I published 3 academic articles with my tutors during undergraduate study and they are respectively about Chinese paintings, Chinese higher education and advertising (my bachelor degree is advertising). I have a good skill in writing.

If you want to study Mandarin and are interested in Chinese history and Chinese culture, and like an easy way of teaching, then I am your right option of Chinese tutor.

About the lesson

I am a 27 years old Chinese girl, I ever study and work in Leeds, UK for 3 years since 2013. And do my Mandarin tutorial since then both online (through Skype) and face-to-face.
So far, I have helped 3 boys and 1 adults in learning Mandarin through UK TUTOR (face-to-face), and 2 children through friends recommendation (in Skype).

I have moved back to China, but I am still available teaching Mandarin through Skype.

I regard myself as a patient and friendly girl. I like kids and I can be good friend with my students.

Mostly, my class is relaxed and pleasant. Knowledge is transferred in an essay way. Communication is one of the most important parts during my class. And we can talk in Chinese both during and after the class through Wechat/QQ
