About Tanya

I’m passionate about helping you learn my native language and gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from a university in China, and I previously worked in senior management before transitioning into teaching.

Over the past three years, I’ve taught more than 50 students and delivered over 680 lessons. My teaching is built on three core principles: simplicity, engagement, and practicality. I use a mix of videos, textbooks, and visual materials to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

I’ll guide you step by step—from the basics to more advanced topics—so you can build a strong and confident foundation in Chinese.

Perfect! Very very nice and extremely patient! Which is perfect for my needs. She adds in cultural lessons as well which really help me grasp the language. She came very prepared with textbooks and homework. She was funny and I learned so much already.
